These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Mistletoe Lights.

Order acceptance

Your order is subject to acceptance and payment authorization. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not prevent us from correcting genuine errors or addressing fraud, payment, or availability issues.

Prices, discounts, and taxes

Prices and eligible discounts are shown during shopping and checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges are displayed or collected as required by law and the checkout configuration.

Products and availability

We may update products, packaging, specifications, or availability. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

Processing and delivery information is described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
